Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before feeding.

If you can’t be home, please leave a cooler with ice packs at your door. Meals are delivered refrigerated or frozen and should be transferred to your freezer as soon as possible.

Currently, we offer chef-crafted recipes using human-grade ingredients. While we can’t fully customize meals, our menu covers multiple proteins and grains. If your dog has a specific allergy, reach out before ordering.

Because meals are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or unsafe to use, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Fresh Dog Food — Refund & Return Policy
Because our meals are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied.
If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise unsafe to use, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at kitchen2canine@gmail.com Include photos if possible.
We’ll either replace the affected meals at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available for orders left outside past the scheduled delivery window or for customers who provided an incorrect delivery address.

Deliveries are currently available in Mercer County NJ.
Meals are delivered refrigerated or frozen. Please transfer to your freezer promptly upon delivery.
Deliveries are typically made once per month. Customers will receive an email or text notification with the exact delivery day and time window.
If you are not home, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs at your door.
Shipping outside our service area is not available at this time.
