  • Meals are delivered refrigerated or frozen. Store them in your freezer until ready to use.

    • Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before feeding.

    • Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.

    • Do not refreeze thawed meals.

  • If you can’t be home, please leave a cooler with ice packs at your door. Meals are delivered refrigerated or frozen and should be transferred to your freezer as soon as possible.

  • Currently, we offer chef-crafted recipes using human-grade ingredients. While we can’t fully customize meals, our menu covers multiple proteins and grains. If your dog has a specific allergy, reach out before ordering.

  • At this time, delivery is limited to Mercer County, NJ only. We’re working to expand our delivery area soon.

  • Yes — but portion needs vary. Puppies and highly active dogs often require more than 2.5% of body weight, while seniors or lower-activity dogs may need less. Always consult your veterinarian before adjusting your dog’s diet.

  • Because meals are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or unsafe to use, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If you subscribe, you’ll receive a recurring delivery of meals each month. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us directly.
